- Acquired AUSSIE PD a leading United States based teacher professional development provider.
- Plano ISD becomes first United States learning management system software customer.
2008
- Won numerous new contracts in the United States for professional development and in the United Kingdom for learning management system software.
2009
- Acquired TeachFirst, a Seattle based provider of professional development and digital content.
- Established new unit to focus on training for impact of technology on classroom instruction.
2010
- Editure completed its new learning management system software platform myPLS.
